After visiting the State Capitol, we headed over to the State Fair, since we were practically there - kind of a last minute decision (and it only cost $3 to get us all in).
First stop was the petting zoo. As you can see, Emma was not thrilled by all the frisky, hungry goats. Plus it was her nap time.
Anna was in her element on the pony ride. I don't know much about it, but in my humble opinion, she looks like a natural up there.
Jakob went in a fun house and a ferris wheel with Dad.

Was so excited about being able to post a comment I put it on the wrong item. Anyway, the freckles pictures is here, Anna riding a pony. She does look like a natural, she must have that from grandma, who used to ride I think?!
